The sheep-shaped wine vessel was a wine
container in late Shange Dynasty (1200-1100 BC).
15.4 cm high, it is now kept in Tota Galler of Japan.
 
The vessel has its lid on the back.  The bird and dhole on it's
back serve as handles of the lid.  The horns curl up and the legs
are thick and strong.  The lid is decorated with taotie designs nad
the body - dragons and phoenixes.  It served as a sacrificial utensil.
